Hmm. I'm an index investor myself, so you probably shouldn't trust any recommendations I have for individual companies - I haven't put any effort into evaluating financials. I'm not sure which parts of the RFID universe are going to make a lot of money and which are going to be commodified into near-unprofitability. I also can't recommend that you invest in my company or a few others I know, because they're privately held. So I don't think I'm much help here.
(also "increasing RFID demand" might be true, but people have lost a lot of money expecting it to take off faster than it has so far. In particular, two or three years ago everybody expected a big push for RFID in the retail supply chain, led by Wal-Mart, but it didn't happen.)
