Only some of them are good on salad

Sometimes I think that there are too many things in my life, or at least, that I should pay more attention to the things that I have. Other times I notice I'm missing something that is subtly different from all the other things I have, and yet somehow essential.

The oil count does include 2 different brands of canola oil, 2 different brands of olive oil, and my roomie's pam cooking spray. Without those I think the count would be 9. I did not count the open and full bottles of the same exact balsamic vinegar separately, but I did count different varieties of balsamic.

Bah, I forgot the cooking spray and the balsamic, so I just changed my answers.

8 cooking oils if you count the jar of ghee, which I think is totally correct, though I would not also count the various other butters we have in the kitchen.

Home Goods clearance is a dangerous thing.

The actual vinegar count is 8: rice, cider, balsamic, white balsamic, white wine, rose-infused, regular (for cleaning the coffee pot, natch) and another infused one, can't remember if it is something citrus or the hellfire thai peppers. I know I have oils infused with both, and an ancient decorative bottle of rosemary..something? that's from a farmer's market so long ago I'm afraid to open it.
