Best part of a blog post proselyting homemade breakfast egg sandwiches:

2) Put a frying pan on the oven. Turn the gas to medium-high. If you do not have a gas stove, start dating someone who does have a gas stove and make breakfast at his or her house.

I luuuuuuuuve homemade breakfast egg sandwiches.

Except I usually do mine in the microwave, because if everything goes smoothly, I can get it down to under 5 minutes prep time, and no pan to clean. I recently made one for shayde during his visit, and immediately converted him over to the homemade breakfast egg sandwich goodness.

I need to figure out why my cast iron pan smokes when heated; maybe it needs a good scrubbing and reseasoning from scratch...
